    People in general has easier for giving critisism for matters that is dipleasing than to give credit for matters that are positive. The last letter I wrote to the University wasn’t the most professional letter I have written, mainly because I was displeased with that current situation. This time on the other hand, I have witnessed a positive change, and I want to inform you of these matters.
    It’s lovely to see someone taking feedbak contructively and actually doing something about it. This semester is far better organized than the last. From the start of the semester we were given a thorough plan for the semester to come, both in chinese and english, and there was a information meeting in the multifunctional classroom. Here we were informed of rules and regulations, but also of various options like extra singing classes, tai chi, calligrafi and so on. Every ban also got to know their ban’s chinese resource person, which would be of assistance. I would say that this year so far has been a delighting experience.
    It’s also good to see the teachers this year are taking control over their own classes. I think this brings about a rise to the studyenvironment. Before it was more like a kindergarden with people constantely speaking in class and walking in and out as they pleased. Now it feels more like a serious institution, where people come to learn. On a long term basis I think this will benefit to the reputation of Haianan University.
    So my compliments for an excellent 2008. You all have done a great job. Keep up the good work.

    比起对积极的事给予评价，人们一般来说更易于对不高兴的事提出批评。上一封我写给海南大学的信不是我曾写过的最严肃的信，主要是因为我不满于当前的情况。这一次相反地，我见证了一个积极的改变，并且我想要告知您这一切。
    看到有人积极地采纳反馈并做出反应是件愉快的事。这个学期比起上个学期组织得更好了。学期开始时，我们拿到中英文的学期安排表，同时在多媒体教室召开了一次会议告知信息。我们得知各项规章制度，以及不同的选修课比如歌曲课，太极，书法等等。每个班还有他们的班级辅导员。我想说，这一年到目前为止非常愉快。
    今年老师们开始对他们的班级有所控制也是件好事。 我认为这改善了学习环境。在此之前教室更像一个幼儿园，上课的人不时说话并且随意进出教室现在感觉上更像一个严肃的学习场合。从长远来看我认为这将有益于提高海南大学的名气。
